Wildlife & Not-So-Wildlife

I paint animals because I love them and they have convinced me that I'm lovable. 

My donkeys sing to me multiple times a day, my horses make requests for belly scratches, my cats are all named after country singers and my dogs are all rescues. So I paint them. 

When I started working with horses as a professional equine therapist, I didn't know they were relationship geniuses.  Now I know they are natural therapists, bio-feedback coaches, and reliable listeners with a heart.  So I paint them. 

And when someone asks me to paint their animal, I do it with love.
